Summary The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized customer service and an inspiring shopping experience. This role supports sales goals, builds customer connections, and contributes to an inclusive and polished store environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and support customers with product selection, styling, and fitting room needs. Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans and performance goals. Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks. Participate in training, share product feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to support store operations. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required. Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
