Registered Nurse - Med Surg Tele TeamSign on bonus $7,500.00 new grad RN - $15,000.00 eligible experienced RNWe are hiring a registered nurse to join our medical surgical telemetry team at Cherokee Medical Center in Gaffney, SC! Full-time nights; 7pm to 7amOur medical surgical telemetry unit has 28 beds and utilizes the latest technology such as omnicell, epic, alaris pumps, workstation on wheels and mindray (for vitals), allowing our team to provide the best care possible for our patients. This unit's case types include medical surgical, copd, stroke, diabetes, acute renal failure, etc. For team members interested in growing, we allow cross-training to specialty areas such as icu and/or ed! Our diverse patient population and case types enables our unit to grow SRHS strong RNs!The acute care registered nurse (RN) provides inpatient nursing care to patients in compliance with the SC nurse practice act and organization protocols, policies, procedures, and guidelines. The RN demonstrates clinical competency utilizing evidence-based practices and research in all areas of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes. The RN demonstrates thorough knowledge of therapeutic patient care, patient advocacy, clinical pathways/care maps, team dynamics, hospital systems, and serves as a resource for support associates. The RN will collaborate with leadership in developing and implementing the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System's culture, mission, vision, and values.
