We also deal with Ls tractor manufacture along with Honda Marine and Power equipment Responsibilities and Duties We're looking for a full-time Service Technician. Core responsibilities include: Accurate diagnosis, and repair on all electrical, mechanical, and maintenance issues at hand. Building New Units and completing thorough Pre Delivery Inspections. Operating as a key player when the shop is busy, and pitch in where needed across functions. Helping customers load and unload machines in for service or new purchases. Complete required manufacturer training in a timely manner. Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate should be: An experienced Mechanic / Technician, with certifications and 5 years of work experience. A true team player - enabling high-quality service delivery while maintaining high standards. Able to create exceptional customer experiences! We want friendly, solution-oriented staff members. Passionate about the industry. Personal involvement or prior industry experience is preferred. Dependable and accountable for producing great results. High personal integrity is a must! driven by a need to help our customers enjoy their passion. Capable with computers/point-of-sale systems. Looking for a strong background in a Powersports shop/dealership. Life-long learning, critical thinking, and troubleshooting proficiency is a must .
