This position is located at Mount Holly, 175 Madison Avenue, and requires on-site presence. The employment type is full-time, working a 1st shift schedule with a total of 40 hours per week.

The role involves providing basic care services, including patient, specimen, and equipment transport, along with room cleaning and environment of care maintenance. The candidate will assist the Product Coordinator with unpacking and restocking supplies, and prioritize OR suite cleaning for room turnover and common area maintenance within the perioperative area using prescribed procedures.

Responsibilities include cleaning and putting away equipment not needed after cases, terminally cleaning equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations, and ensuring patient safety by inspecting equipment and returning it to proper storage locations. The role also involves maintaining the environment of care, demonstrating awareness of different environments, and assisting with transferring, transporting, and positioning of patients using correct body mechanics.

Additional duties include transporting fresh and frozen section specimens, checking the specimen log for transport, assisting in OR set-up for each case, and stocking shelves in compliance with par levels. The candidate will also assist the Products Coordinator in putting away all warehouse supplies daily and use available technology as needed.

Position qualifications require previous healthcare experience or skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and BLS Certification. The hourly rate for this position is $18.26 - $22.38, which varies based on the applicant's experience and internal equity.
