Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule:

• 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

• Part-Time, and PRN Openings

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families

• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety at all times

LPN Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
