$75,000 - $150,000+ Annually

What you'll do:

• Meet with buyers and sellers through scheduled appointments and consultations
• Present real estate services and secure signed buyer or listing agreements
• Help buyers find homes and conduct property showings
• Assist sellers through the listing and home-selling process
• Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through closing
• Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM and sales systems
• Build client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings to improve performance

• Active real estate license
• Previous sales experience preferred
