Boutique Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm | Beverly Hills, CA
Temporary Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | $45–$50/hour

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Temporary Litigation Paralegal to support a boutique plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills, California .

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigation paralegal who enjoys being actively involved in cases and working closely with attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of litigation experience , with prior plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred .

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on litigation support throughout all phases of a case
• Assist with case management from filing through discovery, pre-trial, and trial preparation
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, correspondence, subpoenas, and other litigation documents
• Coordinate and track written discovery, responses, and document production
• Organize and maintain case files, medical records, evidence, and litigation materials
• Calendar and monitor court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and other critical dates
• Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and case materials
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, medical providers, and vendors
• Provide additional litigation and administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal experience required
• Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and court filing requirements
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Proficiency with legal case management and document management systems preferred

Assignment Details

• Location: Beverly Hills, CA
• Schedule: Full-time, onsite
• Hourly Rate: $45–$50/hour, depending on experience
• Duration: Initially expected to last a few weeks, with the potential to extend based on the firm's needs
• Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
