  Job Summary:
In this role, you will focus on day-to-day marketing execution: copywriting, social media and digital content, online reputation management, and campaign and event support. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and responding to public reviews, drafting brand-aligned copies across digital and print channels, and providing marketing, logistical, and operational support for community events and outreach efforts. The position plays a critical role in protecting and strengthening member trust, growing the credit union's digital presence, and supporting positive community relationships.

Salary: $25.00-$32.00 Per Hour Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback across platforms, including Better Business Bureau, Google, Yelp, NCUA and other applicable review sites in a timely and professional manner. Draft professional, brand-aligned responses in coordination with marketing, community engagement and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain consistency with credit union voice, tone, and style standards across all written materials, and proofread the work of others for grammar, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Escalate sensitive or complex feedback to appropriate departments.
• Track review volume, ratings, sentiment trends, response times, and report results. 
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the credit union's online reputation through review-generation campaigns, staff contests, and member testimonial and story collection.
• Assist with the coordination, proofing, maintaining and organization, of marketing materials, inventory and brand assets.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including email, web, paid social, and search, by assisting with preparing content, updating landing pages, and assisting with proofing and quality checks before launch.
• Coordinate and administer internal and external promotional giveaways, contests, and incentive programs. Draft and maintain official rules, eligibility requirements, release waivers and other required records to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the community engagement team to plan, promote, and execute outreach events, sponsorships, and community partnerships, with primary responsibility for the promotional and content side of those efforts.
• Oversee donation requests and research organizations to make sure they qualify based on our philanthropic values before submitting requests to the Community Engagement team.
• Track and report donations by non-profit, chamber, and sponsored event, and identify the marketing and publicity benefits earned through each sponsorship.
• Respond to and fulfill marketing requests submitted by branch staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain up-to-date department calendars, including the marketing, campaign, and community event calendars.
• Follow up on requests through correspondence, notifying organizations whether non-profit requests were approved or denied.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:

• Minimum six-months of similar or related experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, customer service, social media or content support and community outreach or volunteering
• Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study in business or trade school. College degree in marketing or related field preferred.
