Restaurant Management Leader — Elevate Guest Experience

We are looking for a dedicated professional to be a part our management team and help guide daily operations, support our amazing staff, and deliver the exceptional dining experience our guests love. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and customer interactions Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to maintain high performance levels Manage inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs Supervise kitchen management activities including food safety compliance, food handling procedures, and culinary standards Utilize POS systems such as TOAST POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours in a quick service & fast food restaurant environment Monitor customer service quality, address guest concerns promptly, and ensure an outstanding dining experience at all times Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervising responsibilities in a fast-paced setting Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety regulations Familiarity with POS systems including TOAST POS; Background in managing inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis within the food industry Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster teamwork in casual dining or fine dining environments Prior experience in hospitality management roles such as assistant manager or shift supervisor is required Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele Join us at Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse where your leadership can make a real impact!
