Kitchen Shift Leader

Job description Pay: Start at $18-$19.50/hour ($34,560-$40,560+ annually) wage depends on availability and applicable experience; bonus and overtime wage potential every month into addition to regular hourly pay! ServSafe Certification is preferred. Be able to open and close the restaurant (paid training will accomplish this) Work at least 30 hours a week (we are happy to work with school schedules) Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays Lead a team of 15-20 people simultaneously Adhere to Chick-fil-A and NC DHEC Food Safety standards Exhibit exceptional customer service/hospitality characteristics Be servant-hearted and humble, must be coachable and willing to learn Lead and assist in operations in such a way to effectively meet established labor cost, food cost and customer service metric goals Believe in a total team mentality with expectations to spend time performing FOH and BOH functions and other duties assigned by the Owner/Operator, Directors, and other leaders including cooking, cleaning, food preparation and serving guests Coach team members to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales and continuously improve hospitality Work in conjunction with all management to enforce compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility Review and monitor financial and operating performance of the restaurant; develop and implement action plans to correct inadequate performance NOTE: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job.
