Cybersecurity Segment Head

Job Title: Cybersecurity Segment Head, CPG
Location: Dallas, TX (onsite, Travel 40%)
Hire Type: Full time




Responsible for Overall Cyber Security Revenue growth, Upsell and Cross sell, revenue target achievement, Customer stakeholder management, Sourcing, programs delivery management and governance including QBR and Resource management. The candidate will need to possess Cyber Security technical knowledge with expertise in two or more domains amongst IAM, MDR, Network Security, Cloud Security, Data Security GRC, etc. Experience in Cyber Security Delivery, Operations, Consulting and revenue management is expected.

Responsibilities Include:

• Revenue for a Segment within Retail, CPG & TTH Industry verticals in US
• Target (AOP / Quarterly) and tracking progress against forecast / target on weekly basis
• Sales / TCV in Existing CSP Accounts
• Pro-active demand creation and addressing reactive demand in Existing CSP Accounts
• Solutioning, proposal preparation and presentation with existing CSP customers
• Customer engagement (Month Ops Mtgs, QBRs, Steercos) in the existing CSP accounts along with the Account Specific SDMs
• CISO engagement & relationship and providing Industry insights and thought leadership
• Together with Offshore Delivery Partner:
  • Successful delivery of all programs, projects and managed services.
  • Address Customer escalations and appropriate service improvement plans
  • Talent Management and Staffing especially the onsite roles
  • Provide leadership to the CSP CBG ANZ associates
    • Support Geo CSP Sales teams in White Space accounts (TCS Existing Account without CSP presence) and New Logos for Sales, Proposal preparations, Customer Engagement, Presentations and Liaison between ISU / Geo Sales teams for White Space accounts
• Facilitate a culture of learning and trust

• Provide guidance and be a mentor to team members

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Retail, CPG, Travel, Transportation and Hospitality Industries
• Experience in Leadership role in Cyber Security including Sales and Relationship
• Certifications: CISSP / CCSP
