Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Travel PTA Opportunity with Jackson Therapy Partners

Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with Jackson Therapy Partners! You'll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required.
• Physical Therapy Assistant checklist and competency exam required to start.
• HEP B required to start.
• TB required to start.
• Flu required to start.
• Tdap required to start.

Assignment Details

• At least 2 shifts are scheduled from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Friday shifts are scheduled from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• The remaining 2 shifts may be either 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Option for four 10-hour shifts with hours of 8:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Flexible scheduling options available.
• Documentation system: NextGen.
• Productivity expectation: 55–60 patients per week.
• All evaluations are 60 minutes.
• Patient population includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Floating requirements: None.
• Dress code: Business Casual.
