Architect and drive the adoption of IAM solutions, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation services.
Oversee and guide IAM, ensuring alignment with business needs, security best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Evaluate, select, and implement IAM technologies and tools, providing expert recommendations to senior leadership on platform and vendor choices.
- Establish and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to meet industry regulations such as SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Collaborate closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems and support access needs.
- Support incident response activities related to identity and access, including investigation and remediation of security incidents.

The Impact You Will Have:

- Enable seamless and secure access for employees, partners, and AI agents, supporting business agility and innovation.
- Drive the adoption of advanced IAM technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of security best practices and digital transformation.
- Reduce risk and ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, minimizing the potential for security incidents and data breaches.
- Influence enterprise-wide security strategies, championing identity-centric security models such as Zero Trust and modern authentication paradigms.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and security awareness throughout the organization.
- Mentor and elevate the technical capabilities of the IAM and security teams, ensuring long-term organizational resilience.
- Shape the future of secure AI agent deployment and governance within the enterprise.
What You’ll Need:
