If you know compounding (Sterile and non‑sterile) inside and out and have a proven track record running a pharmacy, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Run and manage all day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, lead and develop pharmacy staff, oversee and perform both non‑sterile and sterile compounding, manage workflow through PioneerRx software, and ensure full compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations. Requirements Active Texas Pharmacist License (required — no exceptions) Proficiency in PioneerRx pharmacy software Minimum 2 years of experience in non‑sterile compounding Minimum 2 years of experience in sterile compounding Recent, verifiable experience as a Pharmacy Manager Experience working with PioneerRx #J-18808-Ljbffr Live Oak Pharmacy
