Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Designer- Art Director for a temporary role. The position involves a hybrid work schedule but may require weekend availability. This role will collaborate with a wide range of creative and marketing professionals, including Art Directors, Senior Creative Directors, Designers, Brand Marketing Directors, and Narrative Leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams such as Retail Design, Digital Design, Production, and Operations.
• Partner with external agencies as part of the Global Brand team.
• Develop and execute creative concepts in line with brand objectives.
• Ensure all design work maintains a high level of craft and quality.
• Communicate design ideas and project status effectively to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Keynote, and Microsoft Office is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with the client's brand or within a similar industry is considered an advantage.
