Home Care Territory Sales Representative

Addus Family company seeks a Home Care Territory Sales Manager to grow our in-home care services within an assigned market. In this field-based role, you will build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners to generate qualified referrals and new service starts. You will conduct in-person visits, presentations, and education on Addus’ personal care, home health, and hospice offerings.
