Administrator/DCO (RN required) – Hospice | Burlington, NJVitality Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as an Administrator/DCO (RN required) in Burlington, New Jersey.This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader in hospice or home health to oversee interdisciplinary teams, drive quality patient care, and lead operational excellence within a clinician-owned hospice organization.If you are a compassionate RN leader with hospice experience, strong clinical oversight skills, and a passion for improving end-of-life care, we want to meet you.Position OverviewThe Administrator/DCO (RN required) is responsible for overseeing all clinical services, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and patient care outcomes.
