**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Dish Tech/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area, washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Additionally, this role will involve assisting with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of the culinary team.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using industrial dishwashers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with basic food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing garnishes, and assembling dishes
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to sanitation and food safety regulations

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
