We're growing our in-person sales team in Alpharetta, GA — and we're looking for driven people who want to build a real career, face to face, in their community.

What You'll Do

• Meet in person with families in the Alpharetta area who have already expressed interest in life and supplemental insurance coverage — no cold calling
• Walk them through protection plans that cover their income, mortgage, children's education, and final expenses
• Help clients choose the right coverage based on their needs and budget
• Follow up with existing clients to review and update their policies
• Complete new business applications and guide clients through enrollment
• Attend weekly in-office team training and professional development sessions

• You've worked retail, hospitality, or any face-to-face role and you know your people skills are worth more than you're being paid

What We Need From You

• Strong in-person communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Coachable mindset — you're open to learning a new industry from scratch
• Willingness to get licensed — licensing is discussed during the interview, including options that don't require you to pay out of pocket, plus reimbursement opportunities
• Available full-time, primarily Monday through Friday
