Traveling Foreman – Commercial Pool Construction Location: Philadelphia, PA (8-hour radius, nationwide travel required) Salary: $30 – $50 per hour (depending on experience, with potential for more based on expertise) Employment Type: Full-Time, Traveling Package Competitive hourly pay, with per diem and travel bonuses. Key Responsibilities Lead the team on commercial pool construction, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Supervise and coordinate heavy construction work, including piping and concrete. Oversee and manage multiple subcontractors, ensuring they meet deadlines and safety standards. Travel across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions (up to 4 weeks at a time, with 1 week off). Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and Mainline Pools' quality standards. Requirements Experience in commercial pool construction or related heavy construction industries (piping, concrete, and forming). Ability to manage a team and oversee job site operations. Willingness to travel and stay on-site for up to 4 weeks at a time. Strong leadership and communication skills. Background check and safety certifications required for school projects.
