About the Role As an affirm pediatric lpn, you’ll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients with complex medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Our cases allow you to focus fully on your patient—without the chaos of a facility setting. We are especially interested in nurses with experience caring for medically fragile children, including those requiring tracheostomy and/or ventilator support . Shifts are typically 8–12 hours , offering consistency, flexibility, and the opportunity to truly make an impact. What We Offer Competitive pay: $40/hour Sign-on and referral bonuses Weekly direct deposit Fast, streamlined onboarding Quick case placement with flexible scheduling Ongoing clinical and administrative support from a team that values pediatric expertise What You’ll Need Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric nursing experience (acute care, PICU, NICU, or home care strongly preferred) Trach and Vent experience strongly preferred Comfort caring for medically complex pediatric patients Willingness to support geriatric cases as needed Active Connecticut LPN license Current BLS certification Eligibility to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license Physical exam within the past 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years Why affirm home care?
