HRIS Support & Configuration Specialist

StartupNWA is seeking an HRIS Administrator to act as the frontline for HRIS support, handling day-to-day configuration and maintenance within established standards. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping teams to resolve issues, document changes, and enable complex configurations and integrations.
You will own routine configuration tasks, manage access and security, and produce standard reports and dashboards.
