As a Security Officer Guest Assistance in KANSAS CITY, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence, greeting visitors, managing access, monitoring entry activity, and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping to deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Observe and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related conditions to help deter unauthorized entry and support a professional lobby environment.
• Communicate clearly with building personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while maintaining accurate incident and activity documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
