The ideal candidate will hold a state license for Ohio. We place a strong value not only on the patients and the agencies we work with but our employees as well.Job Responsibilities:Communicating daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork and turn in payrollKeeping open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experienceFacilitating communication with Lead Occupational Therapist to manage patient careCompletion of in home therapy service, education to patients and caregivers and diligent detailed notes on all paperworkAttend meetings (as needed with the Fremont therapy team)Job Requirements:Degree in Occupational therapy from an accredited schoolCurrent Occupational Therapy Assistant License for the state of OhioAbility to travel to patient's home or facilityStrong communication skillsHome healthcare experience preferred
