Interventional Pain Management Physician

We are a rapidly growing, physician-owned interventional pain and musculoskeletal practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. As our practice continues to expand throughout New Jersey, we are seeking a motivated Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician with ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship training to join our team. Position Highlights This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who enjoys treating the full spectrum of musculoskeletal and spine disorders while practicing both comprehensive PM&R and advanced interventional pain management. The ideal candidate is comfortable evaluating complex musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing ultrasound and fluoroscopic guidance, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Clinical Responsibilities Comprehensive evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal, spine, and peripheral nerve disorders Fluoroscopically guided spine interventions Ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal injections Peripheral nerve injections and entrapment management Development of individualized treatment plans emphasizing functional restoration Collaboration with therapists, surgeons, and referring physicians Participation in building and expanding regenerative medicine services within the practice Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Fellowship-trained in an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine program Skilled in fluoroscopically guided spine procedures Experienced with ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal interventions Passionate about practicing comprehensive musculoskeletal medicine—not just procedures Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing exceptional patient care Motivated to build a long-term practice within a growing physician-led organization A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills Able and willing to travel to offices in both north and central New Jersey Physicians with expertise in spine disorders, peripheral nerve disorders, sports and musculoskeletal medicine, and functional restoration are especially encouraged to apply.
