Opportunity Highlights

• Level III NICU

• Approximately 160 deliveries per month

• Care for a wide range of neonatal patients

• Opportunity to work in a high-volume, well-established NICU

Responsibilities
\n • Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns in a Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infants
\n • Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as indicated
\n • Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neonatal conditions
\n • Perform neonatal procedures within scope of practice
\n • Collaborate with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
\n • Communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans
\n • Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
\n • Participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
\n • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
\n • Strong clinical expertise in NICU care
\n • Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
\n • Excellent communication and leadership skills
