Job Summary

We are seeking a Regional Trainer - Fast Food for a direct hire leadership opportunity supporting multiple restaurant locations in the Monrovia, CA region. This role is ideal for a hands-on restaurant operations leader who enjoys being in the field, coaching teams, improving performance, and helping locations deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The Regional Trainer - Fast Food will oversee day-to-day operational performance across multiple restaurants, with a strong focus on profitability, customer satisfaction, team development, and consistent execution of brand standards. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to influence operational excellence across a growing restaurant network.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee operations across multiple fast food restaurant locations, spending approximately 80% of time in the field.
- Coach, train, and develop restaurant leaders and team members to improve performance, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring service standards, food quality, staffing, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Partner with leadership to improve profitability through strong financial planning, labor management, cost control, and sales execution.
- Attend corporate meetings in Monrovia as needed and provide updates on field performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Support a positive team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, development, and exceptional customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per year.

- 5 to 7 years of restaurant experience required.
- 3 to 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience required.
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and profitability management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced restaurant or quick-service environment.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work primarily in the field and travel regularly between restaurant locations.
- Passion for people development, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
- Fast food, quick-service restaurant, or high-volume restaurant operations experience preferred.
- Experience training managers or leading operational improvement initiatives across multiple locations preferred.
