Press OperatorWe are hiring a Press Operator to safely set up and operate stamping presses in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role requires experience with single and progressive die sets and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow within a supportive and high-performing team.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Set up tools, feeders, payoffs, and coil straightenersHandle, use, and install tooling and materials safelyPerform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product qualityEnsure proper materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good condition prior to productionFollow process instructions to meet customer specificationsOperate related handling equipment safelyMaintain a clean and safety-oriented work environmentFollow all EPA, OSHA, and internal safety guidelinesReport incidents, near misses, and support a proactive safety cultureParticipate in cross-training and perform other duties as assignedCompensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills & Qualifications:13 years of press operator experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredStrong attention to detail with solid communication and multitasking skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsProficient with measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, and comparatorsMust be able to read and write in English and follow both written and oral instructionsMust be willing and able to work overtime when neededApply Today If you're a dedicated and safety-minded professional looking to grow with a quality-focused team, we want to hear from you!We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
