At Next Level, Advisors operate as 1099 independent contractors while leveraging a respected brand, proven systems, training, and ongoing support designed to help them grow.

• Build relationships with local referral partners and community professionals
• Guide families through senior living and senior care options
• Develop and manage your own pipeline of families and referrals
• Match and place seniors with the right care options based on needs, preferences, and budget

Compensation & Structure

• 1099 Independent Contractor role

While individual results vary, many Advisors who commit to the work — building relationships, developing their territory, and staying consistent — reach $100,000+ in annual commissions within their first year. Work Location
