Building AI-powered internal tools and data-driven systems, the full-time remote AI Developer will leverage operational data from over 30 million websites to create analytics platforms, reporting automation, and workflow intelligence while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Develop AI/ML-driven platforms that process and analyze large-scale operational data Design and deploy RAG systems and LLM-powered features that generate actionable insights for internal teams Collaborate with product teams to understand needs and build tools that enhance decision-making Required qualifications 3+ years of professional experience building AI/ML systems in production environments Strong proficiency in Python, including production-grade practices Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and tools, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex Experience with vector databases and embedding models Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and experience building and deploying APIs for ML models
