Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for an experienced COORDINATOR, OUTAGE MAINTENANCE to work in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. This is a short term contract with the largest public energy provider in the U.S. Hourly Rate Range: up to $62.75/hour (time & a half for overtime) Work Location: This role is ONSITE. Expected Duration: 1 Month Proposed start date: 09/28/26 Proposed end date: 10/30/26

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outage Maintenance Coordinator to lead and support maintenance activities across Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) departments at a nuclear facility. In this role, you will oversee site craft personnel, direct complex outage schedules, and ensure full compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required. Additional technical or supervisory training is strongly preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the specific craft or discipline supervised. Access & Compliance: Must be able to obtain and maintain Nuclear Unescorted Plant Access.
