CNA/HHA/Caregiver

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Health Aides and Caregivers to join our growing team serving clients throughout Hudson, New Port Richey, Land O' Lakes, and Bayonet Point, Florida.

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed
• Monitor client well-being and communicate changes to the care team
• Create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for clients

What We're Looking For

• Caring, patient, and reliable individuals
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background screening
• A genuine desire to serve and support others
