About the position: Our Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) work in collaboration and under the supervision of a Licensed/Certified Clinician. This role is responsible for providing patients with skilled services and assistance with basic daily activities. As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), you will use your education to assist with activities supporting skilled services, including checking temperature, pulse, and respiration rates, assisting with exercises, or routine tasks as prescribed by clinicians. You will support daily activities such as assistance with getting in and out of bed, dressing, grooming, hygiene, feeding, ambulatory transfers, and light housekeeping. Schedule: Part Time (32 hours/week = 24 RVEs/week) with benefits, or Part Time 24 (18 RVEs/week), or Per Diem (12 visits/week). Non-traditional schedules are available, e.g., Thursday-Monday. Location: Area #9 - San Francisco Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Minimum 1 year experience checking vitals and documenting on clinical charts Home Health Aide Training California Home Health Aide Certification and CPR Certification Knowledge of clinical terminology Attention to detail for chart documentation Excellent time management and documentation skills Proficiency with computers and systems like Microsoft Office and Gmail This is NOT a remote position. Compensation: Based on full-time schedule.
