Job DescriptionAxis for Autism provides autism diagnostics and ABA therapy to families across metro Phoenix and Tucson. We’re hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to run recruiting for every role we hire.You’ll source and screen candidates yourself, set up and run our ATS, and plan our presence at conferences and community events, from the strategy down to the booth supplies. Part of each week is spent in our clinics, getting to know our hiring managers and what they need in a hire.ResponsibilitiesRecruit BCBAs through outreach, referrals, conferences and relationshipsHire RBTs, psychometrists, psychologists and operations staffRun phone screens and partner with hiring managers through interviews and offersBuild and manage our PayCor ATS: pipelines, source tracking and reportingPlan and staff recruiting events and conferences, including AZABAWork with Marketing on employer brand and clinician contentReport weekly to the COO on pipeline, time-to-fill and 90-day retentionSkills & QualificationsHands-on experience building a recruiting function, including setting up an ATSA track record of filling hard-to-hire roles in a competitive market, such as healthcare or techFull-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing passive candidatesUrgency, initiative and follow-throughABA experience is a plus.Based in Arizona or relocating, with reliable transportation for clinic travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
