First Shift Housekeeper

Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our Environmental Services team as a Housekeeper that is responsible for cleanliness of Friendship Village - Kalamazoo, including but not limited to Village Apartments, Woodside, Health Center, Laundry, Garden Homes, and all areas associated with Friendship Village - Kalamazoo; always following departmental guidelines and procedures. This full-time first shift (7a-3p) position with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour. Ready to jump into a role that matters? Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing each day as a Housekeeper: * Completes Work Orders assigned by Director or by Residents. * Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition * Supplies are put away in appropriate areas. Here are a few of the qualifications we are looking for: * Previous Housekeeping/Laundry preferred but not required. * A compassionate team player that has initiative and integrity. * Ability to clean Residents rooms and all areas of FVK with minimal disturbance to inhabitant of same.
