Facade Project Manager

Facade Engineer We are in search of a skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade design and engineering, with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. The role will involve working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that facades are designed, constructed, and maintained according to industry standards and client specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Responsibilities Designing facades for commercial and residential buildings Preparing detailed drawings and specifications Conducting site visits to assess structural conditions Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals Conducting structural calculations and analysis Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations Reviewing shop drawings from contractorsManaging project timelines and budgets Providing technical support during construction phase Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field) Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design/engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facade design/ construction Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience working on high-rise buildings Familiarity with LEED certification process Professional Engineer (PE) license This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual looking to take their career to the next level.
