Position: Site Assistant We are seeking a Site Assistant ready to join our fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Unlock and lock jobsite each day—doors, windows, garages, etc. General site cleanup—material removal, sweeping, and organization. Generator and temporary heater/air maintenance, care, and fueling. Conduct blower‑door tests. Operate light equipment and power tools. Document site activities with photos and observations. Operate machinery including forklifts, high‑reach lifts, and skid steers. Daily interaction with, and oversight of, subcontractors. Must have physical strength, balance, hand‑eye coordination, and stamina to perform assignments in various locations on the jobsite. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push and/or pull 40‑pound loads at the same time. Must be able to stand, walk, and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of the jobsite in all weather types, including walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching. Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Valid Driver’s License.
