Labor & Delivery RN – Nursing

Schedule - Weekends required (every other or every third).

Assignment Details - Contract Length: Not specified. Guaranteed Hours: Not specified.

Requirements - 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery. Current BLS and NRP certifications. AWHONN Advanced and STABLE certifications recommended. EMR: Epic experience required. Key clinical skills include labor & delivery management, fetal monitoring, neonatal care, and postpartum care.

Roles & Responsibilities - Provide care and support during labor and delivery. Assist in vaginal and C-section deliveries. Monitor fetal heart patterns and manage neonatal assessments. Address postpartum complications and support lactation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Compliance / Notes - Vehicle required for assignment. Scrub policy: Any color accepted; specialty scrubs provided as needed. Request all RTO/scheduling requests up-front during submission. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). Travelers may float to sister facilities; refusal may result in termination and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
