Hi, Everyone ****CONTRACT POSITION****CONTRACT POSITION**** Job Title : Senior Payroll Transformation Project Manager Location : Durham, NC- 100% ONSITE Job Description: Role: Oracle Fusion Payroll transformation Skills: Change Management~Management Accounting & Budgeting~Project Management~Workday Payroll Experience Required: 6-8 Years Role Descriptions: The Senior Payroll Transformation PM will lead the end-to-end payroll transformation program| ensuring all phases from planning to deployment are executed effectively. They will coordinate with various teams| manage budgets| and prepare executive reporting. The role involves driving payroll process design and testing| as well as managing stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the PM will identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success. Essential Skills: Experience with ADP-to-Oracle migrations is preferred. Familiarity with U.S. and U.K. payroll systems is advantageous. Certifications in PMP| Agile| or Scrum are beneficial. Knowledge of advanced Microsoft 365 tools is a plus. Experience with enterprise planning tools like Smartsheet is also desirable. Candidates must have extensive experience in payroll transformation| particularly with Oracle Cloud Payroll. Strong project management skills are essential| along with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments. Knowledge of payroll operations and compliance is critical.
