SALARY RANGE:$18-$22/hour- based on work experienceEMPLOYEE BENEFITS:Paid Time Off401K & Employer MatchHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceDental InsuranceHealth Savings AccountLife InsuranceDisability InsuranceEmployee DiscountsQUALIFICIATIONS:Ability to communicate in English clearly and pleasantly with guests/visitors, management, and co-workers to their understanding, both in person and by telephone.Ability legible written communications and clear directions.Ability to complete accurate mathematical calculations.Ability to prompt positive relations with all individuals who either approach the Front Desk or make contact by phone.Ability to work well under pressure with excessive arrivals/departures within any given period.Ability to remain stationary at assigned post for extended periods of time including any paid lunch periods.Previous guest relations training.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Responsible for all Guest Service Agent duties and functions (see Guest Service Representative Job Description).Responsible for nightly audit process according to hotel proceduresComplete daily revenue sheet, room revenue and room status reports.Provide security for guests and property by controlling room keys, verifying cash banks, making safe drops, preparing cash reports, following credit card verification procedures, and reporting and complying with specified security/safety regulations.Investigate or analyze out-of-balance situations.Create adjustments or corrections to accounts as needed.Print and distribute various required computer audit reports.Have knowledge of hotel fire and safety procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr Crowne Plaza Riverside
