Construction Precon Manager/ Sr. Estimator

The Construction Precon Manager/Sr. Estimator will oversee preconstruction activities, including cost estimation, budgeting, and project planning, ensuring successful project execution in the property industry. This role is based in Tampa, FL and requires expertise in construction processes and a keen eye for detail. Collaborate with project teams to develop budgets and schedules that align with client expectations. Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to assess scope and requirements. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering recommendations. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues during the preconstruction phase. Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project plans and cost estimates effectively. Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
