You'll thrive here if you: Are detail-oriented and highly organized Enjoy balancing creativity with technical accuracy Communicate well across teams See challenges as opportunities, not obstacles Thrive in a fast-paced, in-office, team environment Embody our values: Driven to Win, Committed to Accountability, Authentically Gritty, Passionate Learner, and Contagiously Positive Why Join Our Graphics Design Team Create high-visibility graphics seen across the country Work on exciting vehicle wrap and large-format graphic projects Develop your skills in design, production, and emerging technologies Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and more Annual base salary of $50,000–$60,000 based on experience and company-wide bonus potential What You’ll Do Design vehicle wraps and large-format graphics for assigned clients and projects Build custom vehicle templates based on client specifications Create production-ready artwork and print files Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Conduct self and peer quality checks to ensure accuracy and print readiness Collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams Assist in solving installation and production challenges through creative design solutions Stay current on industry trends, Adobe Creative Cloud tools, and generative AI Requirements What You’ll Bring as a Graphic Designer 1 or more years of experience (or equivalent demonstrated skills) in a graphics production environment Associate degree preferred in Graphic Design or a related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) in a Mac environment 1 or more years of experience with large-format print production and photography assets 1 or more years of experience using generative AI tools Understanding of measurements, scaling, and custom vehicle template creation Excellent attention to detail, communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications 1 or more years of experience with fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, signage, or large-format printing 1 or more years of experience preparing print-ready files and installation guides EST03 and its subsidiaries (Adsposure, Advertising Vehicles, and STICK) are Equal Opportunity Employers.
