Schedule: Monday–Saturday

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mechanical Operator to join our team. The Mechanical Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production, processing, and movement of plastic materials. This role ensures equipment operates efficiently while meeting quality standards and following all safety procedures. Additional responsibilities may include loading and unloading materials, inspecting finished products, and performing routine machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Load and unload plastic materials as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly.
• Assist with production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
