About the Role Primary Care Physician to join a brand‑new location in Litchfield Crossings, New Milford, CT (85 miles from NYC). This full‑time position offers a highly regarded practice with limited on‑call obligations and a collegial environment alongside three physicians. The practice serves adult patients 18+ in a family‑friendly location with potential teaching opportunities for medical students and residents. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, team‑based care for adult patients, managing acute and chronic conditions. Promote wellness across an entire patient panel. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff in a collegial setting. Participate in teaching medical students and residents. Perform off‑hour coverage on a shared schedule (phone calls only) with nurse triage. Qualifications MD or DO with Connecticut State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration. Completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency. Experience as a Primary Care Physician or new graduate resident; chief resident experience preferred for potential leadership.
