Material Program Manager - Supply Chain

Travel: Domestic travel as required
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required
We are seeking a Material Program Manager Supply Chain to manage supplier performance, purchase orders, material availability, and delivery risks for a complex aviation/technology program.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage suppliers, purchase orders, shortages, and delivery commitments.

Develop recovery plans for material and supplier issues.

Track supplier performance, past-due POs, material availability, and program risks.

Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Program Management.

Present supply-chain status and risks to program leadership.

Support forecasting, material planning, and proposal pricing activities.

Maintain program reporting and supply-chain metrics using Excel.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

2 5 years of supply chain, procurement, materials, or program management experience.

2+ years of supplier-management experience.

Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookups.

Experience managing shortages, delivery risks, and supplier recovery.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

SAP, Kinaxis, MRP, aerospace/defense, or aviation experience is a plus.

U.S. Citizenship required.
