Key Responsibilities

• Execute a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and well-being throughout procedures, articulating each phase with clarity and compassion
• Work in tandem with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver premium diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly addressing any malfunctions
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient records within our electronic medical record system
• Remain informed about advancements in ultrasound imaging methodologies and best practices

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Required Certifications

• Possession of current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
