Job code: TA25159 Job Summary Lead the creation and execution of visual design across print, digital, and multimedia platforms, ensuring brand consistency and mentoring junior designers. Key Responsibilities Develop original concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual content for print and digital media. Lead design projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and resources. Review and approve designs from junior designers or contractors. Maintain brand integrity and quality across all visual communications. Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders and incorporate feedback. Mentor junior designers and share best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field. 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
