Tax Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to oversee our tax compliance and planning processes. The Tax Manager will lead a team of tax professionals, review and approve tax filings, and ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service. This is a key leadership role that requires a deep understanding of tax laws and strong management skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, and partnership returns.

Develop and implement tax strategies that align with client goals and minimize tax liabilities.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

Coordinate with clients to provide tax planning advice and resolve tax issues.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Qualifications :

CPA certification required.

7+ years of experience in tax management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and client service abilities.

Proficiency in tax software and strong knowledge of tax regulations.
