About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Facilities Management to serve as a key officer with primary responsibility for the planning, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of its physical infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, at least 8 years' extensive facilities management experience in a similar environment, and a proven track record in financial management and overseeing complex budgets. This role requires a leader with exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. The AVP will be instrumental in cross-functional future planning, maintaining strong relations with various agencies, and representing the company in facilities matters at different government levels.
