Job Summary We are seeking a professional Communications Representative to support outreach initiatives, customer engagement, and public-facing activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and building strong professional relationships. Responsibilities Provide information about company products and services to customers. Support outreach and engagement initiatives. Assist with promotional and community activities. Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. Maintain accurate communication records. Gather customer feedback and report insights to the team. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve communication goals. Represent the company during public-facing events and activities. Support daily communication operations. Participate in training and development programs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
